Section 5: 1.5% Listing Fee Disclaimer

The future 1.5% listing fee may apply when a buyer purchases a home through Prime Home Team and later lists that same home with Prime Home Team, subject to the listing agreement and program terms.

The move-up seller 1.5% listing fee may apply when a seller lists their current home with Prime Home Team while also buying their next home through Prime Home Team, subject to the listing agreement and program terms.

Section 8: Buyer Choice

Buyers may choose any lender. Buyers are never required to use Ultimate Mortgage. The Prime Buyer Advantage applies when using Prime Home Team for the real estate purchase and Ultimate Mortgage for financing.
